- Matching and Recommendation:
Following the evaluation of the candidates and the completion of the checks, we recommend the candidates who best suit the needs of the families. We share information about these candidates with families and move on to the decision-making process. We give satisfying answers to all questions of the family when evaluating alternatives.
- Contract and Agreement:
We execute a contract with the family. Working hours, salary, leave, and other issues are all addressed in this process.
